When it's really oppressively loud, I will also have a sensation of pressure, as if I'm going up a mountain and my ears need to "pop". I have low blood pressure (normally 110/70), low cholestorol, don't smoke or drink, don't intake much caffeine, and am very healthy. What might be wrong? On a related note, I am trying to see a specialist about this, but my insurance only allows me to see one ENT, and I have to wait about a month until his next appointment availability.
